Trims the end of movie

Hi,

I have bought this application yesterday and i couldnt convert any of my h264 quicktime movs fully. The application trims the end of my movie files, thus i feel bad for paying for it and unable to use it.

Also if the source and the destination are the same folder, application should rename the file being converted. It tries to overwrite the converting file to the source file and it does fail.
