VideoConvert for iPad App Reviews

The subtitle dialogue in the menu (in the photo) does not mean this program can support subtitle streams. Or if it can its not easy or straightforward.

Hi, I have bought this application yesterday and i couldnt convert any of my h264 quicktime movs fully. The application trims the end of my movie files, thus i feel bad for paying for it and unable to use it. Also if the source and the destination are the same folder, application should rename the file being converted. It tries to overwrite the converting file to the source file and it does fail.

Please optimize the converter to use more than one core, because ffmpeg is WAY faster on 4- or 8-core machines.

I was looking for a good option to directly convert AVCHD movies from our HD camera/SD card to the best ipod resolution, 720p, that will sync easily. This software does just that and will convert to 3 different acceptable formats. Looks like the edition here is old--offering 3.5.0 on company website, however. Edition downloaded is listed as 3.3.0. It does work well, however.

This is odd. It doesnt support ProRes (an Apple Professional codec) but it DOES support DVCProHD (a Panasonic Pro codec). Thought this would be a cheap way to batch convert clips to play them for my clients on my iPad. Come on guys, if you code the app correctly it will support all formats that Quicktime supports.

Got some really nice HD videos from my Sony Camcorder, and want to put them onto my iPad, but failed to playback smoothly, use this video conversion program, used it presets for iPad, got quite good quality to playback, keep HD and played perfectly!

I have tried many iPad video converters and this is the best so far. Fast converting, easy to use and output videos quality is very good. Especially, the ability to merge multiple clips together has been a lifesaver. Now I can put my home videos to iPad for watching them anytime and anywhere.

This converter probably is the finest iPad video converter Id love to have. Most converting application are not as well as advertised, but at least I used this program to convert my Disney movies to my iPad. As for the edit feature, I used it to desire interesting videos for sharing them to my friends. It fits the words in ads.
